Dear Parents and Guardians:

We are pleased to announce that Marion County Schools will be implementing (at all 9 schools in our district) a new option available to select schools in Tennessee that participate in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.  It is called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) and will begin in school year 2014-15.  Please support this new program by allowing your students to eat breakfast and lunch in the school cafeteria.  The success of this program depends on the student participation at each school.  If student brings lunch, milk or juice will cost $0.50.  Complete meal must be taken to receive meal at no cost.  One breakfast and lunch meal per day, per student at no cost.

Students are not permitted to charge extras. If you want your student to purchase Ala Cartes or extras please send cash daily or make prepayments on their lunch account.
