Children's Holocaust Memorial Tours

We appreciate your interest in bringing a group to the Children’s Holocaust Memorial. Guided (student-led) tours are Fridays during the school year from 9:15 - 10:45 AM CST. These tours are by reservation only and are limited to 60 people ($2 per person).

Zoom tours are also available. These tours will include the artifacts library, railcar, and a Q&A session with tour guides. These tours are $50.00.

Please click the link below to complete the tour request form for both guided and zoom tours. A confirmation email will be sent within 7 business days. After receiving a confirmation email, half your total amount must be sent in as a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

The Children's Holocaust Memorial is also open for self-guided tours during the school year for the following hours:

Monday-8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

Tuesday-8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

Wednesday-8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

Thursday-8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

Friday-11:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

On the weekends and after 4:00 PM CST, you may also visit the Children’s Holocaust Memorial by getting a key at Castle’s Grocery (13563 Highway 28 Whitwell, TN 37397). After hours and weekend tours are for the railcar only–entrance to the artifacts library inside the school is not permitted.

The Children’s Holocaust Memorial pays for the upkeep of the railcar and artifacts library through the generous donations of visitors! If you visit while school is not in session, or you would simply just like to donate, please send tax deductible donations to:
